Thomas Williamson releases King of the Fighters 2
Posted by Niklas on 2 August 2002, 18:00 GMT
Thomas Williamson has released King of the Fighters 2 for the TI-86, featuring AI, special moves for each character, a tournament mode, 17 characters, linkplay, and the ability to fight more than one enemy at once. BTW, pending is now practically down to zero again (in other words, this filearchivers vacation is over). So it should be a while before releases become this delayed again. Update (Nick B.): Cullen Sauls (author of Mega Man 86) has brought us yet another good TI-86 program, Jigsaw 86, which features a robust interface that easily enables one to create, load, or solve puzzles on your calculator. You can also create puzzles on your computer.

20th post.
I was born on the 20th!
I was born in California.
I am in California.
I do not live in California.
I missed the last article completely!
Jeez!
Oh well, I'm on vacation.
How about a counter (on the upload form) of the files in pending, and possibly downloading access to the files in the queue????
TIcalc.org rocks!

Looks cool from the screenshot, but I don't have an 86. But I do have an 83+! Maybe I'll dl that version when I am back on my desktop. Speaking of laptop/desktop, I almost just popped the battery out of my powerbook. Stupid design on Apple's part, the battery release lever is right where I grab the powerbook. That's why my main computer is a Windows XP machine. BTW, XP is much faster than OS X, I've done my own tests and it is quite obvious. Anyway... enough rambling about irrelevant topics, cya

The title of the article is missing a "the" between the words "of" and "Fighters."
Doesn't seem like a huge difference? It is when you're a fan of the SNK series. And this doesn't look too SNK-inspired.
Just a small little gripe with the wording :)

This game is called King of the Fighters 2000, not The King of Fighters 2000, easily confused.
