Thomas Nussbaumer Updates
Posted by Eric on 26 June 2001, 07:44 GMT
So, I'm back from a little trip of mine, complete with instructions from one Adam Berlinsky-Schine to, in his words, "make sure never to let Henrik near the news again." Alrighty, Adam. Anyway, due to a recent bout of the flu, esteemed (and recently-retired) 68K programmer Thomas Nussbaumer has updated several of his programs. Proceed to check out the TIGCC Tools Suite v0.99 Official beta, TI-Chess v3.30 for the TI-89 and TI-92+, and the TICT eBook-Reader v1.77 (?!) for the TI-89 and TI-92+. And don't ask me how he comes up with these version numbers. Please.

I just downloaded these, and I can't wait to try them. These days I only (use my calc to) play chess and read e-books, so this is great news.

You know, Henrik has been zinged a lot for that all to recent post. . .you'd think this kind of community wouldn't mind the star-treck theme. But then again, that makes it sound like I'm trying to make fun of the very people that I include myself with. Ah well.

Tom, are you going to continue working on the TICT-Explorer? Some of those additions you were planning to add would be helpful.
