Invaded v1.0 Released
Posted by Eric on 2 June 2001, 19:41 GMT
Everybody's favorite Aussie James Vernon has released Invaded v1.0 for the TI-83 (Ion), TI-83+ (MirageOS), and TI-83+ (Ion). It's a horizontally-scrolling shoot-'em-up game, as you can see from the screenshot. The rest is pretty self-explanatory. A levelset creator is also included for the particularly avid. Have fun!

I downloaded this game yesterday (when it was released) and this is one of the BEST current games out for TI-83+! It has an easy-to-use button system, and is difficult enough to last a long time!! I thought it was definately worth the download.

Damn, I feel that this is probably the best game ever. I mean with a level editor, this game will never get old!
Also, I've been hoping to have a game like this since the 7th 3 years ago when i got my first TI!

Very nice...this gives pheonix a run for it's money...now all you need is a 82/86/89/92/92+ version and a triple digit version number, and you may be able to compete!!

I'd just like to say that TICalc.org is one of the most aesthetically pleasing web sites I've ever seen. It's visually attractive, content-loaded, and extremely useful. Three cheers!

I don't own an 83, but I played this on an emulator and I must say that I'm impressed. I never thought anyone would be able to accurately port the game boy R-Type game to ANY calc... much applause to James Vernon.
