Underwater Calculators?

I have absolutely no idea what value this would actually have in the consumer marketplace, but it looks like an underwater calculator has been developed by Roberto Guerra. I'd love to see someone try this with an old piece of junk, like an 81 or a 92 :) I heard a little about electrically inert substances such as 3M's Fluorinert from Slashdot a few days back... a good link exists on the subject, as does information on the Cray 2, which used Fluorinert to cool it. The downside to Fluorinert? It's $500 a gallon. Dang.

Why not just put the calculator in a Ziploc--I mean a non-brand-specific resealable clear plastic bag? Why go to all the trouble of oil and Saran--I mean generic brand-X clear plastic wrap?

Underwater calculators?! Hell Yeah!! Just think of the possibilities. Underwater calculator gaming. You could play in the shower, play in a pool, or even when washing dishes.
This would be great for all the nerds in here who might actually decide to go out this summer like to the beach or a swimming pool but just can't get away from their calculators.
Underwater programming. Wow, the possibilites.

think of the possibilities of underwater palmtops. those tiny little things are so much less bulky (correct usage?) than laptops. easier to record info and do calculations if you're a diver or what not. =)

Is this message board broken or something? I posted a comment 30 minutes ago and it hasn't come up yet.
