Gareth James has updated his help file to fix some typographical errors and to add some more information.

However, most notable of the changes is the conversion of the entire file into a Windows-based help format, .chm. This makes navigation for info much easier. Download it in .CHM format here. You can find the original, in MS Word format (.doc), here.

Anyone else here just print out the entire last (word) version, only to find a stupid update right after? grrr. . .

Sorry about that! Most of the print out should still be valid, I had to fix a few of the procedure table references after checking they spanned the entire table properly. About file formats, I originally planned to produce it in LaTeX, but this got a bit tedious. I moved it over to Word to speed things up a little. Currently the CHM version is automatically built from the Word file. I will probably post a link to the HTML version on my web page, but Word doesn't produce efficient HTML, so it might take a while to download in uncompressed form. Hopefully, when I have the time to complete the document, I will post it in a more compatible format. Thanks, --Gareth
