ticalc.org Passes 10,000 Files
Posted by Eric & Phil on 4 March 2000, 06:57 GMT
We're happy to announce that ticalc.org has amassed more than 10,000 files (specifically, 10,019). In addition to this, there are 4,574 screenshots, 235 of which are animated. The directory with the most files is TI-82 BASIC Games with 507 files, the runner up being TI-83 BASIC Games with 463 files. After that, there was TI-86 BASIC Math Programs with 368 files. We'd like to thank the rest of the staff, as well as the members of the TI Calculator community for helping us reach this milestone. Thank you all.

Wohoo-bring the progs on!
Kinda hard for me to choose which programs-actually mostly games-to keep on my calc. It's hard to choose because I get bored with games in a couple minutes(sigh-at least its better then my boring history class).

For better or for worse, BASIC programs reign supreme in terms of quantity (and more often than not, lack of quality - excluding most math programs). So what _assembly_ category has the most files?

Just how do you upload screenshots? I haven't found on the site where it tells you how.

Things I'd like to know:
1. How many total authors are there that have uploaded to ticalc?
2. Which calculator has the most total programs, including both ASM and BASIC?
3. What are the LEAST downloaded programs? :) (excluding the ones newly added of
course)
