Texas Instruments has released a new Flash application for the TI-89. The new software, entitled "Statistics with List Editor," includes inferential statistics, a list editor, and other advanced statistics features. The application is free, and more information can be found at http://www.ti.com/calc/flash/89.htm. Source: George Limpert

I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet, so I will.
The application doesn't seem to run normally from "EXACT" mode. However, I cannot find anything in the manual about mode settings. You'd think there would have at least been an instruction in the manual to set the calc to "AUTO" or "APPROXIMATE" before using the application.
I guess it's not really too much of a problem once you've figured it out. But it could possibly throw some people for giant loops if their calc is set in "EXACT".
