No, it's not possible to "immate" TI-83 programs.

I think the only reason TI82 emulation worked was that ROMcalls were calling the shell, the shell was in a fixed position in RAM. So, maybe it could be possible to have CrASH 83. Or a TI83 shell that did the same thing. Just more wishful thinking.

No there never will be a Rascall 1.0. If you would visit Matthew Shepcar's website (I can't remember it at this minute) you would know that. He apparently lost interest in it. Maybe if everyone emailed him (hint hint) he might start again.

If everyone e-mailed him (hint hint), then he probably wouldn't finish it and you'd have him boycotting the calc.

Well, if we got everone to email him saying: "YOUR A GENIUS!!!!!!!! FINISH RASCALL!!!!" then I bet he would.

I have to use Rascall and Ashell kuz i cant run Tapper(85 game) thru rascall, it crashes, or Galaxian, crashes on exit sometimes..., and I cant run SC2K thru Ashell, or Nemesis, sc2k messes up calc if run thru ashell, and nemesis can crash it sometimes.

ALSO----Y DOES YUGI2(gr8 prgm) MAKE NEMESIS .94 HAVE NO LIVES OR SHEILD?!?!

Spelchekka kneedid! Why does anyone need a shell anyway? They all seem to go badly wrong with 'teacher keys', the best I've seen (can't remember which shell) is bringing you back to the shell screen (defeats the object). It's quicker and more reliable to run 82, 83 and 85 programs through an ASAP function. Ok, so on calcs that don't support assembly it's a good idea, but apart from that WHY BOTHER?

Isnt it cool how you can look at TextView docs without having to run TextView!!!?

Racall's hidden folder will find all folders that are >3 I believe. So if you make any sub folders in mse, they will all show up in Rascall's hidden folder, not just the ones in folder 4 (which is the trash folder in mse). Not sure why SCaBBy did that but...

I'm using YAS right now and I'm wondering if I should switch. Any pros/cons? Also, we can't veiw the txt documentation from the web.

When I tried YAS it didnt seem at all good. What does it do?
I use to use AShell(for most games and for 85 such as(well only) Tapper) and i use Rascall for Nemesis and sc2k.
now that 5.0 of MSE(....around when aol 5.0 comes out.....*hate aol*) for all and Rascall for sc2k... mse was just so good and i couldnt hold 3 shells so bye bye ashell, and tapper!

MSE stand for MINI SHELL ENHANCED. 85 emulation is NEVER going to happen with it. It is for low memory purposes so you can fit more on your calculator and still have a shell to run it. You people need to stop asking for emulation because it is NOT going to happen.

For one thing, its really not to small. 2nd, it has those "plugins" to do stuff and see other kinds of files, Y not add one for 85 emu, and one to run SC2K CORRECTLY!

TI-85 Games aren't that good anyways. The good TI-85 games are emulated on the 86....or there is just a better one.

ya i know, but i use Keyboard for the 85, it is the best snd prgm of its kind, i think i might try to make a better one made for the 86.

first time user Doumentation on the keys would be nice to have
