2013 POTY results

The much-anticipated Program of the Year Contest results have been compiled and posted! Congratulations to all the contest candidates and winners, and special thanks to the efforts of Ryan and the TI Planet staff for making such a large and exciting contest possible. We hope to see an even bigger, more exciting contest next year!
