zContest Announced

Seeing as how everyone loves a good programming competition, I am pleased to bring this bit of news to the ticalc.org community. zContest appears to be a ripe opportunity for ambitious programmers to get their work really noticed, with a lot of freedom in terms of platform, language, and theme. The three announced language categories are: - TI-Basic
- TI-Basic extended / Axe Parser / BBC Basic
- ASM
The platforms included are various models of the TI-82 through the TI-84+, and any theme of software entry is allowed under "games" and "utilities" subcategories. Make sure you check out the additional details over on the rules page, located here. The deadline for submission is set as December 1st, so get those programming fingers limber!
