68k POTY Voting Opens

The poll for the 2009 68k Program of the Year has just opened! Visit your local voting booth, located in its usual place in the right sidebar on the ticalc.org front page, to vote for your favorite TI-89/92+/V200 program.

FreeFlash was already in a POTY vote (and lost) back in 2005 when it was written: community/surveys/269.html so why is it being put up again?

The system told me it was featured this year instead of 2005... I'm looking into this.

Could it be that it was featured in a news again and re-featured? I don't know what's ticalc policy about programs being featured twice. I think this happened before, but in the POTM days

Yeah, it looks like someone must have mistakenly re-marked FreeFlash as featured around the time when Astrid posted that article about the signing keys that mentioned that and several related programs. Kevin Kofler's right, though—it shouldn't have been on this year's POTY ballot since it was already featured in the past and hasn't been updated or anything. It's been removed from the survey now.

POTY times always reminds me that fake news back in the POTM days about ticalc being sued by Playboy. :P Seriously, though, good luck everyone!

Voting for the 83/83+/84+ category is over. Each poll is open for about a week.
