MirageOS 1.3 Beta Released
Posted by Michael on 16 April 2008, 03:14 GMT
After years of inactivity, MirageOS is finally getting a long-awaited update! Brandon Wilson has taken over the project and has released version 1.3b9, a public beta. New features include built-in support for program compression, USB linking, and the ability to run programs Noshell-style from the homescreen. This version also fixes the garbled screen problems which occured on some TI-83 Pluses with defective hardware.
Brandon asks that users e-mail him with bug reports and suggestions for additional features.

A Rickroll? Come on. I was so excited reading this, and now I can't download the file because of a Rickroll? I hope this news is really true, and not some sort of two-week-late April Fool's joke....this site wasn't hacked, was it?

Hey, what's up with that redirect? You're 15 days late with your joke.
