As you may have noticed, ticalc.org experienced a power outage last night for a few hours. We are back up and running and apologize for the inconvenience.

Well, considering it's in a data center it's really their fault... not TiCalc.org's.

That and most UPSs wouldn't last more than a few minutes. The datacenter that I use has 3 $1,000,000 dollar UPSs that last 5 minutes (long enough to get the generators started), and two generators that would last as long as needed before the power comes back.

For the curious, the system uptime before the outage was something in excess of 400 days.
