wow nice, I'm glad this has finally came out! I remember it from the GBA lib screenshots. I wasn't into the old Castlevania very much though because I prefered the ones that were more RPG-ish (LV,HP, Exp, infinite lives, non stage based), but this is still cool anyway

ok, but it is precisely a non stage based game... Bosses are hidden in the land, and you can go in the last city at the beginning for example... Concerning lives, when the gameis over you can continue where you were killed, you just loose your hearts.

I hadn't even heard of the game like this tell now, so i descided to try it out. It turned out to be an insainly addicting game that i have to beat over and over. When i first got it, i got the ERR:MEMORY, but then soon realized it takes up alot of ram to play. So if anyone else gets this Error, you most likely have to delete every basic game you oun so you can get 24000 k-bits of ram, but trust me, its defenetly worth it. Are you capable of defeating dracula???

Looks kinda Marioish.
Although it is originally from Nintendo so what do you expect?
It's smooth, there are very few glitches, and it isn't a total memory hog. The main mission is short though, but the code can be changed to add user levels.
Physic's are a tad off and the whip length is undermined, but that is a minor con that is covered by the overall pros of the game.
Good Job Martin! Now port it to the 89 TI....

Hello all, this afternoon I tried putting Castlevania on my TI-84+, but I only managed to put one file on the calculator: CSTLE.8Xp, the other files (in source), I couldn't send them (invalid format). When I try launching the game on my calc, it says 'ERR:SYNTAX', probably because I don't have the source, right? How can I solve this?

Kakarot6 (that t3 in my nick was a typo)

PS: if possible, answer by email please, that's easier. kakarot6[AT]hotmail[dot]com. Thanks.
