UnitedTI's Contest Ends
Posted by Michael on 23 July 2005, 06:20 GMT
A deluge of people have e-mailed me about United-TI's ASM contest. So by popular demand, you can read about the winners, including "Sigma" who is now the happy owner of a TI-84 Plus Silver Edition. If you weren't familiar with the nature of the contest (to write an Asteroid Belt) game, brush up on the rules.
In other news, this story was delayed because I had no internet for nearly two days thanks to a faulty cable modem.

I wish I had heard about this. It was probably talked about when my cable modem was down. Oh well. Congratulations to the winner!

We need more contests like this.
It encourages better programming and give people an incentive to code.
Everybody wins in the end!
