Reuben Quest: The Lost Mirror
Posted by Michael on 16 February 2005, 03:24 GMT

[Reuben Quest: The Lost Mirror]Kevin Ouellet has recently continued his line of enormously complex BASIC RPGs with the release of Reuben Quest: The Lost Mirror, the sequel to his earlier work, Ev Awakening. This game is so complex that I'm not going to attempt to list all of the events and features here, but instead try it for yourself. The previous article has general information that applies to both games.

See, it's games like these that prove to everybody that BASIC is a kick-ass language!

I recently started a TI_BASSIC web site (check my link) - I want to focus it on BASIC game programming (mainly on the 68K series, but any will do). I opened a forum for it (that's right, a forum, so go register and share in your opinions and knowledge!)

I want to make a collection of BASIC tutorials of any kind, so please go to the site and submit ideas/writings to the forum. :)

Address is here: http://www.artraid.com/89

Once again, this is the kind of top-notch game that makes you fall in love with BASIC... so come help me with my site and bring BASIC to the top position it deserves!
