Virtual TI Passes 500,000 Downloads
Posted by Michael on 19 October 2004, 04:05 GMT
Virtual TI v2.5, currently our most downloaded file of all time by a wide margin, has passed the 500,000 downloads mark. This achievement is even more amazing when you consider the fact that VTI hasn't been updated in over four years. Congratulations to author Rusty Wagner on constructing the Egyptian pyramid of TI calculator programming.

I love VTI, but am still annoyed about it not supporting flash.

I've never used VTI. I've just always stuck with the TI Flash Debugger (also free). Is there anything that VTI can do that the Flash Debugger can't? I've read the review and it seems that VTI can't emulate flash ROM. The only reason I would think to use the VTI is if I needed to emulate calculators other than the 83+. But still, some 83 users use VTI. Why?
