TI-Tiltmaze v1.21 for the 89/92+/V200
Posted by Michael on 25 July 2004, 05:10 GMT
Due to our severe news drought, I wish to announce that effective tomorrow under conservation rules, all users posting more than once a week, err...actually I thought I'd feature a program that's been in our archives for quite some time, but was just updated last week: TI-Tiltmaze. This is the calculator adaptation of the classic game where you tilt a maze to guide marbles to their destinations. TI-Tiltmaze comes with 41 levels, and v1.21 now adds 89 Titanium support.

If this doesn't use a "dummy switch" system where ther's constant velocity when you push down a key and it changes abruptly to another vector (identical scalar, though), then this really took some physics knowledge, almost like Pinball.

In the upload form, maybe I forgot to mention that the program was widely reorganized and optimized (in addition to the TIGCC 0.95 linker-side optimization).

So, Michael, did you just print out a list of updated 89 ASM games, and throw a dart at it?
I like this game, but after I beat every level but one, I never really touvhed it. It has been so long that I don't even remember that level that I could not pass. So, this has more levels?

I think that Andreas Gustafson (spelling?)'s Monochromatic 2 is another recent update that is very impressive (more so in my mind than this, since this is in C, and therefore ever-so-slightly easier to code).
