Kirk Meyer Retires
Posted by Nathan on 20 July 1999, 02:14 GMT
Kirk Meyer, who has been a news editor, our newsletter editor, and our reviews editor, has decided to retire from those positions. He is entering his senior year in high school and will not have time to maintain these areas of ticalc.org. We are grateful for all the effort he has given us during his time in those positions. Kirk will continue to handle miscellaneous programming tasks as we continue to improve our site. Watch for some new improvements in the future.

I personally do not like the fact that an article about me has stayed at the top this long, that is certain. But what do you propose to have news about. Prosit, which was mentioned, was released a while back. I'll admit that it's neat, but what does that have to do with now? The TI-89 ROM v1.5 was not detected until it was a month or so old, and plus some programs won't even work on it - so that's not all that great of news either. If you think there's some really great news --- send it to news@ticalc.org that's what that email address is for!
