Orzunoid 83 now supports external levels

Sam Heald has released Orzunoid v6.01 for the TI-83 (AShell83). Now Orzunoid supports external levels the same way Plain Jump does. The old version of Orzuniod for SOS has been removed, and only the AShell83 version remains. You can still use the AShell83 version in SOS, however.
