This useful program converts a .bmp image to a .txt file compatible with TI-Connect Data Editor. From the data editor, you can send the lists to your computer and have the lists necessary for stat sprites. This program is precompiled for Windows, but includes the Perl script for use in any operating system that has the latest version of Perl installed.
