This is one of the better BASIC Tic-Tac-Toe games. It has a smart AI, yet isn't 4k-10k bytes. It has 3 difficulty settings and a 2 player mode. The square is chosen using the arrow keys to control a cursor and the "Enter" key. It is easy to play and very addictive.
