TI Commander is a shell for the TI-83 plus. It has a semi graphical desktop, control panel and networking folder. It has two built in programs you might find useful. I've worked out all the bugs so it should work on any 83 plus but if you find a problem please contact me at kc0rkg@lycos.com.
