This file is really overrated to be called “Windows Home Edition.” First of all, the first thing you get when you start the program is a pause, with a clear screen. What would this be for? It asks you to log in and to input a password, which is only supplied only on the website (this page), which is really inconvenient for a normal user. The graphics resemble nothing of “Windows Home Edition,” but do resemble those of DOS somewhat. It has a few features in it including a program manager, which archives, unarchives, and does a few other functions, and also a school manager. I would recommend finding another program if you were looking for a “Windows” OS for the TI-83+.

Graphics 2/10
Fuctionality 1/10
Ease of Use 4/10
Overall 2/10
