This is a good reference tool for developers. It is very important that all software is properly documented so that functionality. I agree with all the steps that the author has written. I strongly recommend that you read through this documentation (which is not long) if you program, regardless of what language you may use.

I think this document is an excellent addition to the archives. And as a programmer, I recognized this since the moment I've read the file's title. It covers the most important stages of a project's development: from scratches to the final work, and it does it in a "fast-track learning" fashion! Everyone, and I mean everyone, should spent five minutes of his/her day reading the whole document at least once in their lives! Lot's of people out there don't follow a solid workflow, therefore is common for them to abandon a project just because they got "lost" in the code, for example.

Even for small applications, the "Development Cycle" comes with a handful of tips! Great tutorial, Teoryn!
