This is an amazing idea for a game, but would have been complete trash if it wasn't for the race program. Yeah sure there are only two ways the video goes, but you will either win or lose the race, so it's somewhat realistic.
Honestly, other than what I would do for personally tweaking, (i.e., adding newer cars, more upgrades, more variety period)it is a well developed, ingenious idea.
The only issue is modernizing the cars/equipment.
This game is also written in TI-BASIC, which is a challenge to make good games in.
Kudos to the programmer for a well-done game.
