I tried this program, and it did not only meet my expectations, it surpassed them. I was surprised that the game itself was as fun as it was. It is very fun for a BASIC program, and I like the fines and selections of cars.
Gameplay - 9/10 I only had one problem with it, and that is the slow reactions to keys. But it is BASIC, so I won't say it's bad.
Ease of Operation - 10/10 The use of menus were a great idea, and I could easily tell what was what.
Speed - 7/10 The race itself was not that fast, but it still was okay.
Graphics - 8/10 Text sprites.
Overall 8/10
I thought it was good for BASIC.
