Awesome chemistry pack. I tested it in class and study times and it worked just fantastic.
The best part of it is the chembal. It makes really easy to write and solve unbalanced equations.
Some other parts maybe, are not really necessary, but anyway, they help a lot if the opportunity presents itself... |

This program's equation balancing capabilities and molar mass calculating abilities are unmatched and superb. Excellent and fast using relatively little memory in relation to its usefulness. Definitely recommended! |

While a good program, it doesn't do much beyond basic math.
It's very good for those who have trouble balancing equations (redox, etc) and other basic tasks but it takes so long to punch in the numbers it's not worth it for most items (molar mass, for example). But that isn't a critique of the program per-se, just the reality of life on a TI-89.
I would like to have seen a better UI for the non-chem wiz programs, even labeling output or offering prompts would be nice. |

I used the Alchemistry functions in my chemistry equation solver "ChemInterface". It provided usability like no other program. This is the best set of chemistry functions I have ever used. It is easy to use, and it does everything it says. |

I can't believe no one has reviewed this yet!
This is one of the greatest chemisty programs for the 89, it works well even on the newest AMS versions.
It does exactly what it says, provides clear documentation for its use, and saves a heck of a lot of time.
My favorite is the equation balancer, its especially good for those combustion reactions that you rack your brain over!!
