Nicely done. It's a bit hard to tell from a distance whether an object is a tree or an enemy, but that's not the author's fault.

If you are real FPS gamer and are looking for the most technologically advanced game out there, it's this one... until further notice. I have beaten the game twice on every difficulty level, beat the game another two times by running and shooting through all the levels, and once more without ever going under 30 life on the hardest level.

Plus, the shooting through the walls compensates or the fact that the enemies don't move or chase you. This is my favourite game on the TI-83 Plus.

If you find it hard to understand how to play, since the game is in French, then here: [2nd] shoots, [ALPHA] held down makes you run, [Y=] selects the pistol (which sucks), [WINDOW] selects the assault rifle (great), arrows move up, down, turn left, turn right, [TRACE] is strafe left, and [GRAPH] is strafe right. The buttons are in the best possible layout, as well. This game is great. Basically, I give it a very-well deserved 11/10.

I was looking for a large, processor-intensive program to test the Ion compatibility of a shell that I am writing, and I noticed this program. Having recently played a good deal of “Doom 95” lately, I was impressed with this version of “Doom.” This full-featured 3D FPS has an extremely fast 3D raycasting engine that, although sometimes renders incorrectly, produces impressive graphics. The AI seems fairly well made, although the levels become somewhat repetative after a few games. I noticed only one bug, that the contrast did not get reset when I lost in a dark room, something that was easily fixed once I quit the game. The health and ammo scattered throughout the levels seemed just barely sufficient, a good touch, and multiple weapons and strafing added to the realism.

Summary:
Size: 7/10: Large, but not unreasonable considering what it offers.
Speed: 9/10 Impressive!
Graphics: 8/10 Superb except for a minor bug.
Overall: 8/10 Download this game now!
