Overall this is OK, but it can be kind of messy. Meaning, lots of the information is crammed on one screen, which can be hard to see and easy to miss. There is a better periodic table flash app written by TI, which is located here.

Periodic is made for the TI-83/84+[SE] families.

"Elements v3.2" is one of the best periodic tables found on this site, and, without a doubt, is the best periodic table for the 83+/84+. It features a nice, clean GUI showing the periodic table, element name, atomic mass, and atomic number. You can scroll in all directions, not just left and right, and you can search for an element by name. In addition to that, there is extensive information on each element with the push of a button - even more info than in TI's "Periodic Table" FlashApp, from the electron shells to the heat of fusion - more than enough for the average high school student taking chemistry. The only thing I find missing is the state of each element at room temperature (solid, liquid, gas), which could occasionally be found useful. Other than this, "Elements v3.2" is by far the best periodic table out there for the 83+, and should be a must-download for any chemistry student.

10/10 Interface - nice and clean
9.5/10 Information
10/10 Size - it's well worth the 16k Flash it takes up
Overall: 9.865/10 - great program! Kudos to Michael Vincent for an App that has definitely helped me in my chemistry class!

Elements v3.2 lists all known elements needed for high school and even has extensive information about the element. It's my preferred science application from “Periodic Table” as it doesn't cost you for information that you could just read out of a text book. Its simple GUI provides a fast and easy way to access an element readily. You are not limited to finding an element using the GUI, as Michael has included page-by-page scrolling and a search utility. So if you’re a science student, or just interested in elements, then I would strongly recommend this program. It is sure to help with your studies.
