This is by far the best all-around music player that I have seen. The stereo sound works great, and I can plug my headphones in (without an amplifier) to enjoy it to the fullest.
If you search "CalcMod" in TiCalc's search bar, you will see a lot of added songs, and even a detailed guide and resources for making your own songs.
10/10.
The extra songs are awesome and make me feel like I've time-travelled to the 80s.
I will try to make some songs. Wish me luck. |

"CalcMod" has been my favorite .cmf (calc music file) player ever for quite a while. Although there is no equalizer or stuff like that, I recommend it highly. The quality of the music is crazy! I guarantee you will be amazed if you use "CalcMod"!
NOTE: To listen to music on your calc, you must have a 2.5 -> 3.5 mm adapter. Most people do not know that using a cell phone headset will not work for the stereo songs. |

I love CalcMod v2.2! It works like a dream. I also created several songs, and they worked too. I only have one problem: how are we, the listeners, supposed to listen to the stereo without special headphones. I have been able to listen to channel1 through the earpiece from my cell phone, but I can't hear any trace of channel2. Do you know of any stores that sell stereo headphones that can fit into the TI-83+'s port? Aside from that minor problem, I think that this was a stroke of pure genius. |

Sound on your calculator you say? Is it really true? It is, with CalcMod v2.2! This program is great. The quality of sound is EXCELLENT considering that it's on a calculator that shouldn't be able to play sound! The author of this program has certainly done a great job. Included in the readme is a documentation of how to make your own songs, in addition to the SIX INCLUDED songs, however this must be done in z80. This is the only downside of the program. Other than that minor detail, this is a great, one-of-a-kind program. I give it a 9 out of 10. |
