YOU CAN'T. The Expander 2 currently doesn't work with the TI-83 due to lack
of drivers. See http://www.flash.net/~bryanr/eii/ for info on how to build
one. However, if you do build one, you're not going to be able to use it
with your 83.
As for a wireless link, look at Sami Khawam's page. Do an altavista search
for it. Or search at ticalc.org in the list archives.
