does anyone know where I can get plans for a memory expander,
or get someone to make me one that is compatible with the ti83??

hmmm... maybe nobody mentioned this because it doesn't work but...
the 86 has an emulator that can send to the link port why don't you
just
install the driver on the emulator-- load the program and send it with
the
driver?
