I much prefer FrontPage.  But it also costs quite a bit, and ,as mentioned,
requires the extensions, which are sometimes not available.
on the otherhand, Composer is free(?) i think.  I think you can download it
from the netscape site.  anyway, this has nothing to do with basic.
