Images to .PIC ?

Is there any computer-program that would convert simple black/white
bitmap-images (for example .PCX or .BMP-files) to .PIC files to be used in
my Ti-85's GRAPH-mode? I've tried the GCP-program but I think that will only
convert .85P's to .PCX. Am I right?

How difficult is it to make a .85S -program that would display a simple
black/white-image when executed?
