Not. The 83 blows compared to the 86. 83+? So what? The only thing they
added is Flash ROM, a user data archive (part of the flash), and built in
CBL/CBR applications. Those do not bring the 83 up to the level of the 86,
or even the 85.

I think they'll do pretty much the same thing, make a TI-86 with Flash and
CBL/CBR apps, and call it the TI-86+. I hope they finally stop making the
TI-82 and TI-85 after this. If they were going to call it the 87, the 83+
would have been called the 84.

I think the TI-80 and TI-81 still holds that honor.
