Winlink beta6 missing file?

anyone else try to unzip winlink beta6?  I keep downloading, but every
time I'm missing "URLMON.DLL", not even sure what .dll is or why I need
it.  I foolishly deleted my perfectly good old version, can someone
please e-mail me a version that works (.zip please)?  BTW, is anyone
planning to continue to update winlink?  the author says he may not be
able to continue work on it.
