Mine has it on CD.  However, this was a family machine, and it was
purchased as one of those complete little NEC packages, so the included NEC
CD may have more files.  If so,maybe I was wrong, it doesn't matter.
Anyone with half a brain who uses an MS system knows or can find
vbrun100.dll, and I'm sure the crators of HAL will put a link in their
documentation once they are done.

The obvious solution would be to use a decent
