anyways,
\asm\include    this has all the .h files (flib.h etc)
\asm\prgm       the prgms included with fargo II
\asm\lib           the .asm and .92p libs indluded with fargo
\a68k               all the a68k stuff
\doc                 all the .txt files

i think that is all the directories, i could be on the wrong path, but what
happened to you sounds like what happened to me, so I've attached my setup.bat
file, make sure you (if using pkunzip), didnt just pkunzip fargo-0_2_6(1).zip,
but pkunzip fargo-0_2_6(1).zip -d!!
the -d unzips into subdirectories, 
anyway, let me now if this is what happened.
