Yeah, and I have also heard these:
Raw - normal
Raw - modulo
Raw - Blitter
Raw - Noninterleaved.
But the original term for such a display was rastermapped.
I used the term because I suspected that pc-owners would find that term in
a book about computergraphics. Get the point ;)
