I got in the same trouble with my 92 module+ (as far as I know, a special calc for Europe). For a full
reset, last pages of the owner's manual state to remove AA batteries, press [-] and [)] keys while
plugging batteries in and maintain pressure 5 seconds. Check your manual to get right keys to hit.
Then send the very same AMS version (no upgrade) with an EXE file from TI (ticares@etc.)
