The handles have changed again, and yes FolderListHandle is illegal in
most cases, but it seems that TEOS (at least) is intelligent to search
for the handle rather than presume it based on a rom version. For
informational purposes only, the main folder's handle is $12 and the
main folder's handle is the next one after, $13, as usual.
