Browsers often have problems (esp. Netscape) figuring out rates. My ISDN sometimes shows 70k/s, though that is impossible, because the most I get is 13.5k/sec. Know that generally, you won't go over your average, so if mine shows 17k/s, I'm pretty sure the browser just is measuring incorrectly.

Once, when i was on worldnet, I was on at 3 am, and i got 6.7. On aol, i
havnt broken 3 yet. (yet another reason why it sucks)
