umm.... disclaimers do not have any significance in a court of law....
meaning a disclaimer doesn't protect you from anything
(could i murder someone in their house when they are home alone, leave the
body in the house, and then lock all the doors with a little disclaimer
posted on the front door saying, "if you enter this house then you agree that
anything found inside this house does not incriminate anybody of any crime
whatsoever. come in if you agree or walk away and dont be anywhere within a
500 yard radius of this house if you do not agree to these terms")
