So just the names are copyrighted?  the mario character is copyrighted as
well, right?
It seems strange that someone could own the name "tetris" because "tetris"
is the name of the game type.  Does it take 75 years or 150 years for things
like mario to fall into public domain? .. I seem to rember them extending it
on account of Disney or something
