Well I think it has to use ..some.. 16-bit code for compatibility purposes
with 3.1 software. But who cares, everything
is for 95 anyway so it is still much more stable operating system.

Linux is cool too, just a pain in the ass to setup. I think Linux is best
for networking machines, since the OS is free.
Did they ever finish that 68k port of linux? Linux on an Amiga would be
sweeeet ;)
