you may have heard about the keyboard deal i'm working on, whatever. i
need to fool the calc into thinking that what its reading from port 1 is
from the keypad. the keyboard driver (tsr) works like so:

A) it reads a keypad scancode byte from port 7 (the device that sends the
byte is unimportant right now)

2) i want to trick the program that is running into thinking that when it
reads from port 1 is a real scancode from the keypad.

G) the catch is, the scancode is coming from port 7, and i want the calc
to receive that byte from port 1. do you get my drift? i need to have my
byte from port 7 to be read from port 1.

how do i go about this?
