I don't know... But I always download the files via HTTP...
look at http://www.ticalc.org/pub/ and you will find all the files from
TiCalc accesable via the HTTP-protocol, one other 'improvement' is that you
can read the file-descriptions.

Ao if you find alink somewhere like:
ftp://ftp.ticalc.org/pub/ti83/foo/bar.zip
try changing it to:
http://www.ticalc.org/pub/ti83/foo/bar.zip

And see the *magic*...
