Correction- both modem and GL are 25-pin serial devices.  And to browse the web, you need an ISP
that supports VT-100 terminal emulation and a web browser like Lynx or something.  (I don't think
Lynx works because the readme file says it doesn't.  I have not tried it out, because my ISP doesn't
have Lynx)  Vi and others work well, and telnet works great.  The best way to use Telnet 83 is to
connect to local BBSs and get on to IRC though your ISP.
