Probably has something to do with how it was made...Older things seem to be
alot more "heavy duty"..TI-82s processer and other parts are probably bigger
than the TI-83s. TI-83 is more advanced and probably was made to conserve
energy also..( kinda in the sense of.."Why are newer computers lighter than
older computers,but they go faster?" )

Its all just comon sense...
